Portable Breathing Air Pump Compressors
 LOW PRESSURE AIR PUMPS FOR USE WITH CONSTANT FLOW RESPIRATORS ONLY

Oilless compressors produce no oil mist, oil vapor, or carbon monoxide (CO). High temperature alarms and oil/water filters are not required as they are with conventional air compressors. Breathing air compressors do not significantly change the air quality of the ambient air and are not designed to filter carbon monoxide or other toxic gases. An optional carbon monoxide monitor is available where required. Clean breathable air must be provided to the breathing air compressor inlet at all times.

Note: Tight fitting constant flow respirators require 4 cfm (115 lpm) minimum flow rate at the manufacturers' stated pressure.  Loose fitting hoods require at least 6 cfm (170 lpm) per respirator.

Model BAC-203TCO

All air pumps deliver output air temperatures ranging between 140-189 degrees F.  The low cost solution to cool the pump's air is to order Air Systems' air pump mounted on the ASME Twin-Air™ tank/cart frame assembly.  Output air temperatures will be approximately 20 degree above the ambient temperature.  The system has large tires for ease of mobility and storage.  Each tank is supplied with a manual moisture drain valve.  A COOL-BOX ™can be ordered for additional cooling.

HIGH VOLUME PUMP COMPRESSORS


Model BAC-30RT30
Optional CO Monitor available		 Air Systems offers two large, high volume, oilless compressors that deliver a maximum 15psi. These pumps operate only constant flow respirators.  Due to high output air temperatures, a small receiver tank or a COOL-BOX™ is recommended to provide cool air to the workers.  A six outlet manifold or straight pipe is supplied as standard.
