CASCADE BOTTLE FILL ASSEMBLIES
Air Systems' cascade bottle fill assemblies are used for refilling either 2216psi or 4500psi SCBA cylinders.  Fill assemblies include a 5ft. high pressure fill whip with gauge, universal hand-tight nut, on/off bleed valve.  Cylinder connecting whips can be added to any of the assemblies for multiple or extended SCBA fill capacity.  Cylinders sold separately.

Determining Breathing Time Using Bottled Air
Cylinders are rated in cubic feet.  Once the number of workers have been determined, use the following example formula to determine how long the workers can breathe off of any given setup.

(3) each of AC-444 = 1332 total cubic feet -- (4) workers in Pressure Demand respirators = 16cfm needed.

1332 divided by 16 = 83.25

83.25 divided by 60 min = 1.3875
.3875 x 60 min = 23.25

1 hour and 23 minutes of breathing time for each worker.

LARGE CYLINDER STORAGE RACKS
Heavy-duty steel floor storage racks can be ordered in any combination to meet cylinder storage requirements.  Racks can be floor or wall mounted.  Two heavy gauge chains with snap hooks are supplied for each row of cylinders.
