Mobile Breathing Air Trailer
The AIR RESPONDER™ series of breathing air trailers have been designed for mobile quick response at an economical price. These trailers provide breathing air for airline respirators, rescue air tools, or SCBA quick filling. The AIR RESPONDER™ comes in two series. The 100 series is an open frame six (6) cylinder trailer. The 200 series is and enclosed eight (8) cylinder trailer. Both trailers have a rear air control panel with respirator couplings and CGA-347 fittings to bulk fill the storage cylinders and provide for attachment of a quick fill hose for SCBA filling. An optional cascade fill panel is available for both trailer series. The front of each trailer will hold optional storage boxes, a small fill compressor, or a generator.

MACK™ - Multi Air Command Kits
Air Distribution for Breathing, Filling, and Rescue Applications
Designed and Tested by Fire and Rescue Professionals
Multi Air Command System MACK-1 |
|
The MACK™ System was designed as a portable air distribution box to meet the most demanding air handling needs of the Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Response industries. Each unit has been designed and tested by professional firefighters to meet NFPA requirements.
All MACK™ Series units start with the MACK-1™ basic functions. One or two SCBA cylinders provide air to the system. A CGA-347 high pressure inlet is also provided to allow continuous operation from truck mounted air cylinders. A low-pressure regulator provides 0-125 psi air to a four-outlet respirator manifold. A low-pressure alarm whistle and a DC lamp to illuminate the case interior are provided standard.
All models have been manufactured to provide emergency low pressure breathing air from either SCBA cylinders or a bank of large storage cylinders located on department vehicles. More advanced models offer multiple air pressure regulators for confined space rescue operations, mid-range pressure for rescue tool devices, and high-pressure emergency air cylinder filling systems. Choose a standard MACK™ unit to meet your needs or customize a unit for your department’s special air handling applications.

MACK-NFPA™ Rescue Series
For Confined Space Rescue Teams
MACK-NFPA3 |
The MACK-NFPA™ series was developed specifically for Fire/Rescue teams working under NFPA guidelines. The NFPA version of the MACK™ unit comes in two standard models. Each has two separate regulator/manifold systems and two SCBA connect whips provided for each regulator. In the event of a regulator malfunction, the standby regulator system serves as a back-up.
The MACK-NFPA3™ adds a regulator isolation valve to allow one or both air sources to be used simultaneously.

The MACK-3™ System
Designed and Used by Fire & Rescue Professionals
MACK-3 |
The MACK-3™ System contains an isolation valve used to separate breathing air manifolds so the unit can be used in rescue operations. The MACK-3™ design was implemented to conform with NFPA confined space entry rescue regulations.
Three separately regulated manifolds provide a portable air distribution package for any pressure requirement.

MACK-5500™ Multi-Air Command Kit
Designed For 5500 psi High Pressure Cylinders
The MACK-5500™ Series
The MACK-5500™ (Multi-Air Command Kit) Series retains all the features and functionality of a standard MACK unit, with the added benefit of higher incoming pressures for today’s SCBA’s and mobile cascade systems. The newly developed breathing air regulators have been designed to handle the rigors of cycling inlet pressures ranging from 500 psi to 5,500 psi while precisely maintaining outlet pressures and flow to the connected respirators.
With a “set and forget” outlet control and easily identifiable and manageable air circuits, the operating attendant is now free to manage and cycle the various input sources as needed.
